What to do if you or someone you know has falls
The NHS Inform website is a good source of information about falls.
There is information about Preventing Falls, What to Do if You Fall, How to Get up Safely from a Fall, and What to Do if Someone Else Has a Fall.
There are short easy-to-understand videos you can watch so you are prepared and well informed should you experience a fall.

Alarm systems are available that allow people to call for help in the event of a fall or if they become suddenly unwell. Some private companies offer this service and can be found via an internet search.
