The Living Well Falkirk service helps you to find information, tailored to you, about how to improve your ageing journey and wellbeing.

We aim to provide you with information to help you manage your day-to-day activities and keep on living independently.

We provide a self-assessment tool, The LifeCurve™, so that you can see how you are ageing and set goals to keep on doing the things you want to do. You'll see tailored movements to help you regain your ability to do the things you're finding more difficult, information about local groups and services, and advice based on expert opinion and years of research.

You can set specific goals for the day-to-day activities you're finding more difficult. After answering some questions, you'll be matched with personalised advice, movements, and you may be matched with equipment that could help while you improve your strength and abilities.

For those who need more assistance to find solutions to help them with their difficulties, an appointment at the Living Well Falkirk Centre either in-person, or by video call, is available. To find out how to make a referral to the Living Well Falkirk Centre, please contact the team at: LivingWellEquipment@falkirk.gov.uk.
