Weight: Maintaining a healthy weight
Reaching to cut your toenails or do other day-to-day tasks can become easier when you are fitter and stronger. Visiting Living Well Falkirk and starting the LifeCurveā¢ is a great way to look at the kinds of activity you can manage at the moment, and set some goals for things you would like to do more easily or start doing again, like hillwalking or being able to get to the shops. Maintaining a healthy weight can make doing day to day things easier, and being able to be more active and move more will help you to stay a healthy weight. If you would like to lose some weight, or are looking for some advice on how to maintain a healthy weight, NHS Scotland has developed a 12-week programme that you can follow yourself. This will help you to work towards being a healthier weight.
